“Came on time and was friendly. My car wouldn't start even after several jump starts. He listened to my concerns and said he would check them out. After thoroughly checking the car, he concluded that I needed a new battery. He explained how he came to this conclusion and what my options were. He also patiently answered my questions and asked if I had any more. He also sent me a summary of his visit with his findings. The price was very reasonable for coming on a Sunday afternoon. This was the first time I used this service, and I am very satisfied.”
